I just want to use this chance to commend the good statistical presentation and analysis you use to disseminate information from Peel region as published on your websites (spcpeel, portraitsofpeel), magazines and bulletins as well. You really convey the information to your readers in such a simple form that even a lay man will follow. It really goes to say that the society that absorbs the information is a heterogenous one hence you try to break down all those statistical probability and other statistical jargons into graphics and pictorials that can be easily understood...

..We commend your organization in recognizing this need and providing programs tailored to the needs of the society. It was a pleasure meeting participants and discussing various aspects of Banking and Financial Services available for Not-for-Profit organizations, i.e. specific bank account required borrowing/credit, etc. We wish your organization all the best in this endeavour.

I would like to take this opportunity to commend you for commissioning the study on The Senior Population in Peel Region: Characteristics, Trends and Issues which was prepared by Dr. Srimanta Mohanty and Dr. Ghazy Mujahid. The excellent analysis of the data on the elderly in Peel will be invaluable for policy and decision-makers, business, civil society and all concerned citizens to help improve the lives of one of the most vulnerable groups in society. Population ageing is an increasing concern at the United Nations Population Fund and we are working with our partners to raise awareness of the need to address the opportunities and challenges that the phenomenon presents. I would like to thank my colleague, Dr. Mujahid, for presenting me with a copy of this study which can serve as an example of what other communities can do to help ensure that our elderly are not forgotten.

The group mentoring sessions reinforced that as women, we are capable of achieving our career goals, even in a world that demands so much of us. It was inspiring hearing the variety of stories from female leaders in the community who still manage to balance their career with personal life. The advice and tips they imparted were not only relevant but encouraging. It was a reminder that hard work, determination and passion are key to success. As a participant, I walked away feeling uplifted and empowered.

The life experience shared by the guest was inspirational and uplifting. It's a real privilege to have women at this level talk about self-care and insights about their personal and professional life experiences. It encouraged me to continue evaluating my personal and professional life as well.
